Spending time with Cak and Great-Gran

Cak and Great-Gran came down on Thursday, December 1 to spend some time with us.  It's the first time they have seen the new house and they love it!  They kept you on Thursday and Friday so you didn't have to go to daycare!  Of course I'm sure you didn't get put down all day!  You were so good for them!  On Saturday morning we got up and went to have your pictures taken with Santa.  We went to Lori's studio to have them done.  She's the one that took your newborn pictures.  You did so good with Santa!  We also had a few famlily shots taken as well.  You got fussy towards the end because you were hungry, so we fed you and off we went!  We can't wait to see how the pictures turned out!  Saturday night, Daddy and I went out for the first time since you were born.  We weren't gone long though!  We went to the wedding reception for one of my college roommates, Lindsey!  It was so pretty!  Lindsey is the one that introduced your Daddy and I!  I can't wait for you to get to know her.  She has the biggest heart and is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet! We missed you terribly though and although we had tons of fun, we couldn't wait to get home to you!  In fact, Cak called while we were at the reception and told us we didn't need to be long because you were getting fussy and they couldn't get you to calm down.  As soon as I walked in the door and got you, you were just fine!  Mommy's little princess!
